1. To ensure your order has been successfully placed, please check for a confirmation email upon completing your order. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email, please contact Jeff Bowerman at Groggy Dog (jbowerman@groggydogonline.com) immediately.

2. All items that are printed or sewn are considered custom, therefore we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on these items.

3. Garment inventory has been tenuous due to COVID-19 related interruptions in supply lines and/or shipping. There is a possibility that one or more of your items could be substituted as a result of out-of-stock issues.

4. All orders will be delivered (on or before Tuesday, Apr. 23) to the main office of the Denton ISD elementary school that you specify at the "Checkout" screen.
